• for any indirect, special, or consequential loss; or

Without prejudice to EBAS’s other rights under these Terms & Conditions, if you breach these Terms & Conditions in any way, EBAS may take such action as EBAS deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the EBAS Website, prohibiting you from accessing the EBAS Website, blocking computers using your Internet Protocol (IP) address from accessing the EBAS Website, contacting your internet service providersto request that they block your access to the EBAS Website, and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

Assignment

Severability 

If a provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with EBAS’s Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EBAS in relation to your use of the EBAS Website, and supersede all previous agreements regarding your use of the EBAS Website.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania, USA. Any disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pennsylvania, USA.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on Friday November 28, 2025. Should EBASupdate or amend the Terms & Conditions, those changes will be reflected in the Terms & Conditions available to you on the EBAS Website.
