Dr. Bubb is also an accomplished educator. She has taught graduate and undergraduate courses for Gannon University, Eastern University, St. Joseph’s University, and the University of the West Indies, including courses in ABA, assessment, ethics, consultation, leadership, and urban education. A frequent presenter, Dr. Bubb has delivered trainings and conference sessions on behavior interventions, neurodiversity and inclusion, early childhood practices, compliance, ethics, and leadership. Her work has also extended to research, program development, and cross-agency collaborations with universities, state departments, and community organizations.

Dr. Bubb holds an EdD in Special Education, a Principal PK–12 Certification, a Master of Science in Criminal Justice and ABA, an MBA, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She is the author of Be Your BEST: 4 Principles to Becoming Better Every Single Time and continues to champion equitable, high-quality learning experiences for all children.

Philosophy

People can grow.

MISSION

Help people discover possibilities within themselves.

VISION

Create the conditions where people discover they are capable of more than they believed possible.

Our Growth Values

1. Growth

We believe growth is always possible. We embrace curiosity, learning, reflection, and continuous improvement, recognizing that every experience creates an opportunity to become more than we were yesterday.

2. Dignity

We honor the inherent worth of every person. We create environments where people feel respected, valued, heard, and empowered to grow.

3. Stewardship

We steward the growth of people with intentionality, humility, and responsibility. Leadership is measured by how well we help others discover their potential and thrive.

4. Understanding

We seek understanding before judgment. We recognize that behavior tells a story and that meaningful growth begins by understanding people, systems, and environments.

5. Partnership

Growth is strengthened through authentic relationships. We value collaboration, shared learning, and partnerships that create lasting impact for individuals, organizations, and communities.

6. Integrity

We act with honesty, accountability, and professionalism. We align our words, decisions, and actions because trust creates the conditions where growth can flourish.

Our Core Beliefs

1. Every person has the capacity to grow.

Growth is not reserved for a select few. We believe every individual possesses untapped potential and the ability to learn, adapt, and become more than they believed possible.

2. Leadership is the intentional stewardship of creating the conditions where people discover possibilities within themselves and grow toward their fullest potential.

Leadership is the intentional stewardship of people's growth. Leaders create the conditions where individuals discover possibilities within themselves they could not yet see, and where those possibilities are nurtured into meaningful growth and expanding impact.

3. People grow best when the conditions support dignity, trust, and belonging.

Growth flourishes in environments where people feel respected, heard, valued, and psychologically safe. We believe the conditions we create shape what people believe is possible for themselves, empowering them to learn, contribute, and thrive.

4. Understanding behavior helps us create better conditions for growth.

Behavior tells a story. Before we judge behavior, we seek to understand the experiences, needs, systems, and environments that shape it. Understanding behavior allows us to create conditions where growth becomes possible rather than simply correcting what is visible.

5. Intentional action transforms conditions into growth.

Transformative growth is created through intentional action, reflective leadership, compassionate accountability, and systems that empower people to grow and succeed. Small, intentional actions, repeated over time, create extraordinary change.

Our Commitment

We are committed to creating the conditions where people discover possibilities within themselves, grow into their fullest potential, and realize they are capable of more than they believed possible.
